We recognise that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. Our reception staff are trained to triage patients (prioritising animals based on their needs). Some emergencies require immediate attention, while others can be addressed 'as soon as possible' or 'sometime today'. If you believe your animal needs urgent care, please inform our staff promptly.
